Yeah, the Liara argument. Simply put nature could do without men, it can't do without women. I don't think there is a double standard cause if anything is equiped for child birth we tend to call it female, but the Asari are actuallu neither. But I guess most people tend to think of the Asari as one big lesbian race. But in line with your argument this ccould call for a race of reproducing aliens who look like men not gay options within a race that has both genders. All in all equality is fine, but gay people tend to nag a lot.

Well in what way is homosexuality a defect? Explain the meaning of that word and then your reasoning for applying that word to the term and nature of homosexuality.

Secondly, no, they aren't one big lesbian race. They are one, big bisexual race. The codex proves this. The Codex states that the Asari are an "All-Female race". There is no opinion involved there. Hence F!Shep / Liara is a homosexual romance.

I apologize if we tend to "nag alot". Which is a nice way of throwing every homosexual together and telling them to "quit there moaning and get on with what they get". But there has been no "nagging" on these forums. Merely asking for BioWare to clarify their position regarding the double standard, and they've gone one step further and opened a line for people like me to enjoy the game in the same way that you get to enjoy the game.

But why is it okay for non-humans to be racist to humans, and non-Shepard humans to be racist to non-humans, while Shepard is excluded?  Is he supposed to be on some superior moral level, just by virtue of being the Super Special Protagonist?  Heroes can be ****s and bigots, too.

They do let you be a jerk. If you want the ability to play Shepard as a jerk outside of the usual Renegade bounds, I guess that's an issue for the writers and for another day!
