Okay here is my problem :

I just created an account with Bioware and went to register my Dragon Age 2. When I went to play I got a new screen after the launcher telling me I need to log in. I log in and when it comes to the validation it keeps saying

The product key was not found in our system. Please verify your product key and re-enter it to complete activation


This is the same product key I used to install the game and it worked fine while installing but everytime I try to play Dragon Age 2 it won't let me cause that message keeps coming up.

I tried to delete my account but Bioware won't let me... it keeps saying "You can't do that right now"
and I tried to unregister my game and still the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. I even tried deleting the patch but nothing. Same problem.

Help please?

whats your activation code?
sometimes they give you the wrong activation code for the EA account..
