Trouble with some DLC

I bought the game of the year edition of DAO and with it came the blood dragon armor for my mass effect 2, and yet i can't download it, could use some help on this.

Been a long time since I got mine. Let me think...
I take it you have entered and redeemed the Blood Dragon armour for DA: O as the instructions tell you to on the inlay card.
You should check your registered game promotions tab to see whether the Blood Dragon armour for ME2 has been unlocked (and DA2 as well while you're at it). If things are working normally then it should be unlocked.
I think you only then need to go into ME2 downloadable content tab to download it.
