Hello,

I recently purchased DAO:UE on Steam. I verified my promo code, got all of the DLC. However, I re-installed the game today, and the DLC won't seem to appear. At first, it showed the entire list but with 0% download progress. I decided to restart the game. Now, no DLC appeared on the list. Restart again, some DLC appeared as "Available" but "needed to be purchased".

I tried re-verifying my game code on my Bioware profile, but no result.

If anyone knows what's wrong, I'd like help with this.

I don't see your game registered, so make sure DLC shows up on this page: http://social.biowar...titlements.php.

If it is, then I suggest you start by browsing the Solutions Roundup, pinned to the start of the forum.

Alright, registered my game. Going to see if it helps.

Also, started the game again. DLC showed up as downloadable, so I downloaded and installed each in-game. This seems better than the first time I installed the game, when it appeared automatically downloaded. Seems everything is working better.

This sounds like an authorization issue.  It sounds to me like the updater service is not running correctly. You can check by going to the main menu of the game (with the sword sticking in the ground) and doing a CTRL-ALT-DEL.  Start the task manager (with DAO still running) and go to the process tab.  You should see something called daupdatersvc.service.exe.

If you don't... then consult this thread for Steam users:
