Hey,
I found that there is an effect called fxe_swampcloud. This is the FXE which is being used in the magi basement level. However, in their level, its color is a bright blue and whenever I place it is is... well... brown ^^. An ugly brown, I might add. So do you have any idea how to change that?
Thanks!
Nick

select the vfx in the level... scroll all the way to the bottom in the Object Inspector... you will see 1,1,1,1 in User Parameters... first number is intensity/saturation, second is part of the color, third is more color, last is brightness/alpha(?). The toolset says its RGBA... but it doesnt quite work like that, it seems to be HSV, sorta.
So a bright blue flame on a torch could be a variation of this: 0.2,0.5,6,1. It depends on the original color of the vfx in the model. Anyway, you can play around with the numbers until you get the desired color.
Note: You can do this with any VFX that has changeable parameters.
