How do I know if I have the cerebus network installed? I got the free copy of mass effect 2 for pc for buying DA2 and purchased the Geneis comic. I have my game registered and a bunch of entitlements such as all the DLC that comes with the cerebus network but I dont seem to be able to access any of it ingame even though i have it all installed?

Cerberus network access may be influenced by having the "computer" open on the right of the screen on the main menu to allow the game to verify that you should be allowed to have the dlc. Otherwise the only real way to know is the emails you get in the game and the items appearing in the weapons lockers and armor lockers in game. Oh, well of course the notes on the galaxy map will also be a clue for Normandy crash site, and Firewalker dlc as well.
If you have gotten to the ship and don't see the arc projector in the armory then you probably don't have it either installed right or verified.

I am trying to run the genesis comic and everytime i start a new game I never get the comic it goes straight to the start of mass effect 2.

From what Ive heard, Genesis will pop up after the Collector attack scene ends.
