I started a new character and I'm pretty into it, but for some reason Garrus can't equip a sniper rifle without my game freezing. He also doesn't have one equipped at all. The same goes for my biotic amp. Is there any fix, if not that's alright, but I would appreciate help.
No sniper for Garrus and no Biotic amp for me

If Garrus doesnt have any form of sniper rifle listed in his inventory after you have recruited him, it sounds like an error has occurred in the save file/game during the creation process. Same with you and your biotic amp.
I assume the crash happens while you are in the inventory screen and try to equip him with one?
