LotSB was the best DLC I've ever played, for any game. It's outstanding.
And I never really liked Liara; she's probably my least-favorite character in the franchise...but this DLC did what I thought no one ever could--make me like her more. Seriously, play it.
Did anyone refrain from buying Lair Of The Shadow Broker?

Bought it, played it, loved it. An awesome DLC. The whole mission was good and I romanced Liara in ME1 so great continuity as well, but for me, a single location makes it worth the money: Liara's Apartment where you go at the beginning. The feeling of this location, with the rain outside the window and all the stuff you can look at inside is just amazing. I've felt like I've entered the movie Blade Runner with my Shepard (with a touch of Star Wars or Serenity, ofcourse).

I personally believe it is the best DLC for Mass Effect 2. The price bugged me a bit, but it was worth it in the end, The chase throughout illium was very entertaining and finding out who/what the Shadow Broker is was something I always wanted to know, plus In the end it leaves you with great supplies to pick up. "No die hard fan of Mass Effect should miss this!"
