I am just starting my 2h warrior out and am looking for a build and ablity rotation that will make it so I can kill the Harvester on Hard or Nightmare for the achievement. If you can put where you would the stats as well as talents that would be great. Also if there would be any must have gear that I should get too. I have all of the DLC. I dont wanna get to far into the game or get past Awakenings and not have placed my talents and stuff right and spend forever trying to kill him.
Thanks

Thanks for the info. Does anyone have any other info to add to this that can help me build a 2h warrior and defeat the Harvester easier? Thanks

Make sure you are running Blessing of the Fade (when you get it in awakening) and Blood Thirst as you will have awesome increase to attack speed, throw in a Swift Salve and Precise striking and you will be at the capped attack speed. Blood Thirst is an awesome talent, as is Indomitable (2H tree), get it ASAP.
I would say Champion instead of Reaver tbh, increase in attack and def for the party AND an AoE knockdown is nice. Reaver is alright, I run it on my DW warrior but I just wanted a little more pazaz. Go templar if you want 100% spell resist in Origins.
Sunder Arms/Armour are great early game (after you get indomitable) as they attack twice quickly and can crit. If you want dps just max out strength, you dont need anything else. Little bit of dex for higher def (or go champion)[or both], maybe 20-25 will if you REALLY are running low on stam and feel like you really have to. Boost con and hp with items (Lifegiver etc) and not with points.
AoE attacks are your friend, 2handed swing or w.e it is called is a 360 degree attack that can crit, its good, Reaver's Aura of Pain combined with taunt, War Cry and 2handed swing is a good way of getting lots of aggro (if you want to tank).
Starfang/Chasind Great Maul/Dragonbone Cleaver are the best 2 hand weapons in Origins, Vigilance in Awakening.
Evons/Wades combo is best medium set, lots of stam regen if you want to spam abilities, or Cailen's Armour is also a good set for Origins.
When your attack speed is buffed poisons/frost/flame weapons/damage runes are good, as is Berserker. But Final Blow is the worst ability in the world, drains ALL stamina? WTF?
Critical Strike is good if you have the skill that apply's stuns on crits, autostun with decend damage followed by a Pommel strike to keep it down is nice to use on a mage.
Erm...If i think of anything else ill tell you.
Nothing will just guarrantee you a win against the Harvester though, its THE hardest fight in all of Dragon Age 1, more than likely you won't do it first time, but good luck.
