Can some one please help me with / explain wahat is going on here please? I created two new characters today and they seem to have errors uploading, but I created a character a week ago (now deleted) and it uploaded fine. I'm obviously an xbox360 owner/player.
How can I fix this? I spent like 2 hours creating these two perfectly today.

Only option I can think of is to delete the characters that uploaded improperly then try to load them again by playing as them while you're computer is still signed into social.bioware.com. Maybe they'll upload properly then. Also maybe if you gave it time to completely upload them by turning off the console after you save and turning off your computer then going to bed? I use the 360 and my characters usually didn't have upload issues and when they did I deleted them off the site and tried to re-upload them.

One poster on that thread reckons you'll need to delete the characters on the website here (not from your console, though that should be obvious). Then go into your game and swap armour and equipment.

As far as I am aware, the game automatically uploads the info to the the servers (at least I have never had to do anything explicit to upload a character).

Have to say though, you seem really unlucky with the website problems here; it's almost as if someone has cursed you.

This crap happens to me frequently. Simple fix:

Delete the files from that section in your screenshot. Also, delete the character from the "Manage Characters" section of your profile. Start up your game, making sure you're connected of course, and either swap some equipment, play the character for a few, and/or just make sure to save. Frankly, the only thing that matters is that you make a save, overwrite or new, doesn't seem to matter. Once that's done, you may have to wait some defined period of time (a few hours? overnight?), I don't really know. But go back into your profile on this site and just keep clicking around between the profile diagnostics section, the manage characters section, and your main profile/forum post record area. Eventually, it'll force the thing to upload the character and they'll pop up. Worst case, the files are still bugged and you have to do it again. Had to do it recently with my current avatar to get the Sentinel Armor to appear correctly.
