Lol no - Luxord is the best because he's the only one who doesn't dress his hair by sticking it into a bucket of paint - Also his voice (Robin Atkin Downes) is charismatic, not to mention how he carefully carried out his scheme at Port Royal. The whole fascination with cards and using them as a weapon was just awesome. Finally -- He doesn't waste monologuing and cuts to the chase "I'd rather we skip the formalities". Well said, sir. I'd say he's followed by Axel, since he was awesome in KH2, and then Larxene (Because it's funny how ridiculously evil she is).

Didn't really know voice actors back then. First time I've heard Axel in years was when I started playing Chain of Memories and 358/2 Days, which was just last month.
I've really missed these games, to be honest. II is still one of my favorite games, and I've been dying to play it again for years.
