Now go look for any of my post before you said that and see if I ever mentioned critics. Like I said, I mentioned them for YOU. YOU were talking about their scores so I brought that up. Had nothing to do with me stating my claim. I already have Square and their fans for that.

Actually I was talking about the opinions of critics and non-critics alike, as you've so successfully seem to have missed once again; But the fact of the matter is that you utilized the opinion of IGN to support your own, despite the fact that you claim that the opinions of professional critics don't hold stake in your little world.. but in reality they are just opinions like any other, but your continued efforts of living in denial over that some people might actually like KH2 refuses to accept that assertion. Although, trying to argue about this with you is like trying to take down a 10-foot wall with a toffee hammer, and I grow weary of it.

I think it's important to note that with any critic review, it's possibly the opinion of that particular reviewer and no one else. I mean, every person at IGN could think the gameplay of Kingdom Hearts II was utterly atrocious with production value of a full-length Disney movie but I doubt it. 

 

It's kind of like Hostile making the assumption that everyone on a KH fansite is actually a well adjusted fan of Kingdom Hearts and not a vitriolic human being. Or that everyone on this forum is a fan of Dragon Age, or whatever else.

I said their score was lower than DA2. Would I rate it lower than DA2? No. I used IGN to see if you still thought pro critics mattered. Like I previously said, why would I use their opinion as valid info when everyone knows IGN gets paid off?

You said it was lower than DA2, because your implication is that "DA2 is a universally bad game by overall standards" otherwise you wouldn't even have made the comparison at all. Also, IGN is an embodiment of tons of people whose opinions differs variedly -- If IGN gives something a low score that doesn't mean it represents the opinion of the entire body. Even someone like you should know that much. Also, I don't know, Hostile, you tell me.

One of the best parts about DDD was Sora getting robbed of Mark of Mastery over Riku. Of course, Sora was happy for Riku anyway. What a jerk. Sora needs more angst in his heart towards his friends. Just a bit. Throw in a little sprinkle of doubt a few times just so we know he's human. Dude is way too happy for my liking.

I think Christopher Lee said it best "You should share some of that hatred with Sora. He's far too nice for his own good".

To be really fair, FFXIII isn't THAT bad. It's just poorly paced, and linear. The gameplay is pretty decent, and the story is only "bad" because of the previously mentioned pacing. XIII-2 made it was more complicated than it needed to be though.

 

But Lightning's armor is really cool, so I'll allow it.

Sora is too nice for his own good, but that's why I like him, tbh. If he had more hatred, he'd just be Roxas. Hence the quote.
