358/2 Days is pretty good as Dust_King says it is broken up into missions and you are always taken back to HQ (sort of like ME2 really) in between.... But yeah it is fun.
I have Birth By Sleep, but for some reason I haven't really gotten into yet (PSP game though)
And haven't played Coded either....

I'm kinda pissed that Sony isn't making KH spin-offs PSP/PS3 exclusives for now... I like my DS and all, but I just prefer my series to remain on the same consoles if you see what I mean. Maybe if they made a compilation later on PS3, I'd buy it... I have 358/2 Days but find it way too hard on the DS controls. It felt like they could've done better with a PS2 or PS3 controller. Even with a XBOX 360 pad. Oh well. Nothing I can do about it.

Seriously though I don't see any of them actually wanting each other in anything other than a platonic way. I like my threesome being strictly platonic. Or at least be an actual threesome.

I wonder what would happen if Tidus and Yuna met Auron in Kingdom Hearts. As it stands, they're all on separate worlds.

But Auron did dissolve into pyreflies at the end of KH2 (god I hope he comes back), so Spira might just exist in the KH universe.

That is actually something I've been hoping would happen for the longest time. If that rumor proves to be true, then I think I'll just die of happiness.

Nomura has been vocal about wanting to do that and bring KH to as many consoles as possible. Not only that, but I can see a collection like that making a load of cash.

That last scene at the end of KH1 where Sora and Kairi are separated as Destiny Islands is being restored made me tear up a bit. And the one in the beginning of KH2 where neither Selphie nor Kairi remeber Sora made me a little sad for some reason.

That is one of the best moments of Kingdom Hearts. I also greatly enjoy the fight with Possessed Riku, along with just how Riku/Ansem say "Welcome Oblivion!". It's just.... amazing.

And then there's Ansem's speech in the fragment of Destiny Islands. That's also pretty awesome.

KH is just full of awesome.

They re-released Chain of Memories for the PS2 some years ago -- dubbing it Re:Chain of Memories, complete with voice acting during the Castle Oblivion segments. I'd recommend getting it.

It's pretty fun and is much better then the original GBA version, because the way the combat plays out is closer to KHII, with some shades of the original Kingdom Hearts combat in it.

358 Days/2 is also a fun game and if you play it through to the end, chances are you'll cry. It's very touching, so I also recommend getting it and BBS.

Birth by Sleep is, as I said, awesome. Divergent stories that all link together in the grand network of the game as well as the series, amazing boss fights, great voice acting, etc.

Coded is kinda fun gameplay wise, but story-wise it's not important in the grand scheme of things. At least, not important in that you have to play it to understand it. You can just read about the plot on the KH wiki and you'll be set.

I'm wondering what peoples' opinions of KH:Dream Drop Distance are and how it'll affect their opinions of KH3, once they play KH:DDS and see how the story unfolds. I imagine some people might take issue with how the story is progressing, but I don't want to give away any spoilers.

Apparently, Square Enix is taking a page from Mass Effect 2. According to Dream Drop Distance, Master Xehanort can transfer his consciousness back and forth between himself, Ansem (his Heartless), and Xemnas (his Nobody). I can totally see this happening in Kingdom Hearts III:

Ansem, Seeker of Darkness: "KINGDOM HEARTS!!!!! FILL ME WITH THE---ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL!!!!!!!"

I can't wait for Kingdom Hearts III. It has to explain everything that hasn't been explained already. Like the original names of the last four Organization XIII members (Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene), who the other unrevealed members of the new Organization XIII are, and whether or not we will see Sora's mom.

Hope the development team of the series finishes Final Fantasy Versus XIII soon! And an HD Collection would definitely fill up the waiting period!

The PSP should be getting cheaper again, especially since the PSVITA is now out. But, yeah. I was hoping for a PS2 port, like Insomniac Games did with Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank, but it didn't happen.

An HD collection would be cool. Isn't there supposed to be a BbS vol2 being made or something though? Its been rumoured since BbS Final Mixes secret ending.

Nomura: It seems that many people thought that, but during that movie there were the words ‘A fragmentary passage’, weren’t there? That means a ‘bits and pieces of something whole’. In short, a story for ‘Volume Two’ exists that ought to be told, but the story cuts off with those scenes. Because of that, I won’t say there is absolutely no chance that we will produce a title to follow KHBBS , but there are no plans as of now.
