I click the link where it says "Activate Online Profiles"  and it does nothing. Does it just take time or do you have to do something under options in the game

PS: I have the game registered so that issue has already been tracked down.

Try clicking it multiple times until the "Dragon Age II"-link appears. I had the same issue when I first synchronized my profile, but clicking it several times helped.
