The pic and bio are unrelated however due to the proximity to one another in the article it caused Udina's favorite kind of storm full of speculation.


Edit: I'm more apt to believe Walfan who has posted below me that it is in fact Kai Leng

The magazine doesn't indicate very clearly who it's meant to be, the only clue being the James Sanders box below. Though, I really wouldn't be suprised if they did that on purpose just to draw attention.
Kai Leng is from the comics right? Cerberus soldier or something?

Kai Leng had short hair in the books, and didn't have a little bun on his head. Though it does seem like an oriental character to have a little bun, and that dude *does* look asian, so it must be Kai Leng after a makeover.

He looks way more robotic than I imagined him, though.

I think Adam Baldwin would have made an excellent James Vega in terms of looks and voice, but its too bad he was already used in ME2. Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson are both good picks
