That's not James Vega. For a start, the picture is linked to the section about your enemies, not the bit about James, and the picture looks like almost exactly how Kai Leng was described in the books.

Kai Leng was confirmed some time ago... So yes, that art is from him.

for some reason i really hope he's hispanic. not even to give into the whole token hispanic guy thing, i dunno, having a rookie hispanic marine would be cool. i wanna take little hispanic james vega under my wing and turn him into a space badass and blow up some reapers with him goofily going "hey boss whats thisssssssssssssssss?" while holding a ticking bomb and other wacky antics!

I could go for a bald Sam Witwer. I know, Force Unleashed, it's been done, but there you had to play *as* him, you couldn't play *with* him. I'd prefer to have him serving under me alongside Kaidan. A very jealous Kaidan...

Jason Momoa isn't my type physically, but he's an awesome actor. He can do a lot with his facial expressions. Love him on Game of Thrones. A guy who resembled him would make a good bro for my Shepards.

And if he looked like the aforementioned Andy Samberg, I'd always be expecting him to... well, you can probably guess.
