Well is it? My DA2 Signature Edition is region 3, but my PSN account is tied to the US, while my brother's PSN is Asian. Since in all likelihood the US PS Store will return first, I'd like to download the pack from there, but if it's not region free, then my brother will buy and download it with his Asian PSN account.
Is the Item Pack 1 DLC region free?
