I started another playthrough in Origins a while ago, today I completed it and was going to import it into Awakening. Now the problem is, I can't start Awakening. It goes to the "Select character" screen just fine, but when I press "Import" it goes into the loading screen for a few seconds before the screen turns black and the program stops responding. It doesn't matter which character I choose, and the same thing happens if I create an Orlesian Warden instead.

I don't know what caused this as I haven't touched Awakening since last year, and I've removed any mods I've added since, to no avail. I can load old Awakening saves just fine, and can create new characters in Origins without problems. I'm just unable to start a new Awakening game. 

Anyone had this problem?

I reinstalled the game (kept saves and settings) and it seems to work.
