Disposable mercs. It's odd that you can amount hundreds of thousands of credits (which, in comparison a video game costs around 3) but can't use it to both keep your squaddies safe until the real action and rid the galaxy of merciless freelancers.

Tali and Garrus are already confirmed, so there's my top two. To make it perfect, I hope Legion comes back as a squadmate. I dislike the fact that if you really want to do anything with Legion, you have to basically sacrifice your crew.

Everyone, because I'm mildly OCD like that. However, I'd be happy if the squadmates are given appropriate roles if they absolutely cannot be on your squad.
Garrus, Grunt, and Kasumi don't seem to have anything else to do, so I'd like them around. Samara and Jack would be nice, though I don't know how to compel them to stay.
