Whee, another update.
Akiel made his way to Beregost to go find Tranzig, however, he ran into the man in red(again.), a little girl, and Officer Vai. (You know that Idol? Well Akiel parted with it here.) After that, the group went to Feldpost's Inn, found Tranzig, and killed him. (Used Wand of Paralyzation, and just let everyone else attack the crap out of him.)

Then the group went to the Friendly Arm Inn, and found an Assassin named Molkar, and killed him. (Used Wand of Fireball, and tried to use Wand of Paralyzation.)

Next, the group went to Pedvale, and met Raiken. Akiel convinced Raiken that he wanted to be a bandit. (Its actually one of Akiel's aspirations. So, therefore, its a dream come true?) They went to the bandit camp and met Tazok, and convinced him that he needed more bandits!

After talking to Tazok, Akiel and his party went to Tazok's tent and killed all of the people in the tent. Including Ender Sai. (Montaron did it.) (Used Wand of Fireball, and tried to use Wand of Paralyzation again.)

Lastly, upon exiting the tent, a group of Amazon Assassins showed up, however, they were dispatched. (Used Viconia's Hold Person spell. I'm running out of charges in the Wand of Paralyzation.)

Akiel - Fighter/Thief - 4/5
Kagain - Fighter - 5
Montaron - Fighter/Assassin - 4/5
Xzar - Necromancer - 5
Eldoth - Blade - 6
Viconia - Nightcloak of Shar - 5

After dealing with the Amazons, Akiel's group headed towards Cloakwood, and found a hunter, and killed him for Senyiad.

Next, the group went after Centoel, but spared her in the end.

After that, the group ran towards the mines, and came upon Drasus & Co., and destroyed him. (Used Hold Person, Horror, and Magic Missile.)

Then the group went into the mines, and cleared their way out of it. However, Akiel did -not- free the slaves.

The group came upon Daeveorn and killed him. (Kagain was soloing him until he moved out of his warp field and stuff. Everyone just attacked him when he came out, except for Eldoth. Eldoth was singing his battlesong.)

Akiel interrogated Daeveorn's apprentice and let him run away. Then, exited the mines without flooding it. (I think you can do that.)

Akiel - Fighter/Thief - 5/5
Kagain - Fighter - 6
Montaron - Fighter/Assassin - 4/5
Xzar - Necromancer - 5
Eldoth - Blade - 6
Viconia - Nightcloak of Shar - 6

Note: Didn't die on Daeveorn this time! Yay!

Update on Akiel Blackheart.
Akiel and his party went to Baldur's Gate, where they met Scar, and Akiel told him that he did not have the time, nor the inclination to do any of Scar's tasks. Eliminster showed up in Baldur's Gate, and Akiel told him to shove off! (Akiel you are one piece of work. Haha.)

Next, they went to the theives guild, and decided to help Narlen, however before helping Narlen, Akiel decided to go to the top floor of the Sorcerous Sundries, where Xzar made a comment and they started to kill the Zhents.

Next, the group met up with Narlen, and Akiel kept an eye out of the guard. Once the guard showed up Akiel bolted. After that, Akiel went back to the thieves guild, and accepted Narlen's other quest.

Then, Akiel's group went to the wrong district, and ended up going for Eldoth's Extortion Plot. (Or as I want to call it. Operation: Kidnap Skie!) Which they did do that. However, Akiel figured that he should be nice to Skie, or lose Eldoth. So Akiel sent Xzar and Montaron to the Low Lantern. (Went and picked up Edwin after that.)

Next, the group went into the Blade and Stars and talked to Maple Willow Aspen, and Akiel made her spontaenously combust! (It was awesome. Haha.)

After that, Akiel went and talked to Narlen, and stole a Rogue stone from soneone's house. Akiel ended up becoming a member of the thieves guild! (Another Aspiration of his I guess.)

Then, the group talked to Scar, and then Duke Eltan. Akiel refused to tell Eltan anything, until Eltan threated Akiel with death.

Next, the group invaded the Iron Throne building, and destroyed almost everything. They even got into a fight on the fifth floor! (It was done quite...badly. Summoned monsters and skeletons, and used healing potions and such. Oh, had Eldoth doing his Battlesong.) Akiel talked to Thaldorn, and killed him.

Once outside of the building, A flaming fist talked to Akiel, however, Akiel though that he was there to arrest them! Akiel talked to Duke Eltan, got sent to Candlekeep, and fought some ogre mages.

Akiel - Fighter/Thief - 5/6
Kagain - Fighter - 6
Skie - Swashbuckler - 6
Edwin - Conjurer - 5
Eldoth - Blade - 6
Viconia - Nightcloak of Shar - 6

They killed Rieltar, and his buddies.

Akiel's group got caught, talked to the important people and got teleported out.

Once inside the Catacombs, the group had to fight with tons of Dopplegangers. (On the particular group screenshotted. Used Wand of Fireball, Summon spells, and Magic Missile.)

Further in, the group ran into Prat, and killed him. (Wand of Fireball, summon spells, magic missile, and Inflct Light Wounds.)

After taking on some Basilisks, the group ran into Prat's boss.

Akiel - Fighter/Thief - 5/6
Kagain - Fighter - 6
Skie - Swashbuckler - 7
Edwin - Conjurer - 6
Eldoth - Blade - 7
Viconia - Nightcloak of Shar - 6

General: We’d decided to stay on the trail while it remained warm and as many bandits as we’d battled in the last couple of weeks we figured we were heading in the right direction. Sure enough, following the road north led us into a beehive full of bandits of all shapes and colors; the run-of the mill human brigands as well as Chill Hobgoblins, Gnolls and eventually to what best we can figure was the bandit camps headquarters. Tough battles here and we had to retire to the perimeter and camp a few times to rest and heal. We continued using Khalid and Imoen as a scouting/screening force and to draw the enemy back to the main body when they made contact. This worked well but we were still in for some tough, tough fighting. Thankfully we lost no one. Our battles included some rough characters including what appeared to be the Chill Hobgoblin leader and a tough knight in full plate mail who was just darned right mean. I procured the full plate for myself.
Key Event: It was pretty obvious which the main structure in the compound was so we worked our way in until the building was undefended externally. Jaheira blessed the group and we crashed the door armed to the teeth. I attacked an obvious mage, quaffing my potion of Magic Blocking as I approached. Even so, it was tough to take that guy down but eventually I did so. Minsc worked on some other tough evil doer while the remainder of the party picked their targets using ranged weapons and spells as they saw the greatest need. We finally knocked out a big Hobgoblin with a magic long bow that we’ve now added to Khalid’s toolkit. Treasure out the wazoo!
Leader Notes: The screening/scouting action using Khalid and Imoen is working well. We’ll continue to use that tactic having them find and draw the enemy back to Minsc and I for the rough stuff, leaving Jahiera and Dynahier to hit ‘em with spells and more ranged weapons when they arrive. Khalid and Imoen will fall behind us and continue to use their bows once they get back to the group.
Next Steps: We found a captive named Ender Sai and couple of letters that lead onward to the Cloakwood Forest. The trail remains “warm” and appears to be getting “warmer” and the battles are getting rougher and tougher…so well forge ahead!
Note(s): We procured plenty of spell scrolls, many of them Dynahier already knew but instead of selling them Imoen insisted we save them. “I’m thinking Imoen’s thinking” she might like a change of career paths. I think she put them away in her room at the FAI. I saw her with that book she’s been keeping that she “made” after we walloped Tarnish. Uh oh.
Promotions: Jaheira increased to 5th level Druid and added Summon Insects, Dispel Magic, and Cure Disease as well as a Know Alignment Spell to her repertoire.

Akiel rushed his group back to Baldur's Gate. He wanted to kill Sarevok! However, he ran into Tamoko, and told her that he would kill Sarevok.

Much to Akiel's dislike, the group saved Duke Eltan.

Next, the group went to the Iron Throne building, and killed Cythandria. (Killed her golems, tried to silence her, and such.)

Next, the group went after Slythe and Kristen. Once Slythe and Kristen were dead Skie and Eldoth left. (Used Wand of Fireball, quit hit some innocents too, but who cares! It brought my rep down to like 4 and Akiel is more despised than ever!) (Picked up Montaron and Xzar again.)

Then group battled with some dopplegangers in the Duchal Palace. (Used Horror, magic missile.) They talked to Belt, and got into a quick fight with Sarevok, before he ran, into the theives guild.

Next, the group came across another group and killed them. (Used Horror, Bless, Magic Missle, and Wand of Fireball.)

Then, the group ran into Tamako again, and killed her. (Just used regular attacks since they kept interupting her spells.)

Lastly, the group came upon Sarevok, and defeated him. (Used Summons, Wand of Fireball, Magic Missile, Bless, and such.)

Akiel - Fighter/Thief - 6/6 (MVP - 408 kills.)

Kagain - Fighter - 7

Montaron - Fighter/Assassin - 6/6

Edwin - Conjurer - 7

Xzar - Necromancer - 7

Viconia - Nightcloak of Shar - 7

Note: That was fairly enjoyable. Also, I may not post another run on here for a while...Since now I have two characters that I have run through SoA/ToB. And, I may try BGT out once Akiel's ToB is over.

Here's what I do. I mouse over my picture in photobucket and click Share. I then click the 3rd tab and double-click thumbnail text (to highlight it). I then do copy (ctrl + c or right click) and paste that in my post. A thumbnail is a lot easier on the bandwidth.

I just wish I could play as fast as you. I'm lucky to finish an area in a night and sometimes even that's beyond me.
Hopefully I can get through Cloakwood Lodge tonight and provide one of my boring updates. I have problems doing the screenshots so "my way" is about the best I can do. I hope they're not too long.

Glad to help. When I was first doing no-reloads I was dying a lot, so I got some helpful tips myself from others which helped my game, don't mind doing the same for others at all.
Don't forget I was the same guy that was stuck at Sendai and stopped trying to beat ToB (Throne of Bhaal expansion) for couple years in before I got some tips at the old Bioware forums to overcome that roadblock (which enabled me to actually finish ToB with reloads).

Yeah, but the only reason I do it so fast is because I skip the TotSC Areas.
Also, Real life comes first, so if you do beat the Cloakwood Lodge. Then Congo ratz(Congratulations, lol.) to you!
And thank you Corey! Especially, with the Thumbnails! Oh, and helpful tips for certain fights, and where a certain evil dwarf is located.

General: Our initial foray into the Cloakwood Forest yielded little of interest towards our ultimate goal of finding out the who, what, where’s and why’s of the Iron Crisis and Bandit Raids. After destroying the Bandit Camp, the resulting intelligence indicated that the Cloakwood was the sure path to enlightenment on these quests. However, the Lodge Area of the Cloakwood turned up nothing of value. We did battle a few Huge Spiders, Dread Wolves, and a couple of Worgs yielding around a hundred GPs and about four gems but that was it. Of interest, Gurke, the Dwarf that runs around the Juggler in Beregost talking about how some Tasloi stole his cloak in the Cloakwood, is telling the truth. We actually found the proverbial needle in a haystack only to be rebuffed when we tried to return it to him after we left Cloakwood Lodge. Seems Gurke enjoys his celebrity status. We’ve decided his “gift” is best utilized in concert with Khalid’s ability to “Hide in the Shadows.” We did run across another Bounty Hunter named Coran who was on a quest for Wyverns at the behest of the Mayor of Beregost. Sounds like quite a reward. Coran asked us if we wanted to help but we're staying on track so we politely declined.
Key Event: We picked up a “side quest” of sorts when we ran into a game-hunter named Aldeth near the lodge. Seems he and his companions had a run-in with some local druids, led by a chap named Seniyad. Both Aldeth and Seniyad claim the other to have killed one of their companions. Luckily for Aldeth, Jaheira knows Seniyad and their mutual respect saved the day. Aldeth was allowed free passage from the wood and we have been asked to assist Seniyad in helping to find one of his druids named Maretha who had infiltrated the Shadow Druids for him and had been until a few weeks ago, providing regular intelligence. She has disappeared and has not been meeting at their regular rendezvous point so another druid, Beador (who evidently has a “history” with Jaheira) went looking for her and he, too, has disappeared. I have agreed to lend our group and our resources to assisting Seniyad while staying on our current path into the Cloakwood. Jaheira’s concern made this a “no brainer.” She is too valuable a member of this group to invalidate something so obviously important to her.
Leader Notes: Forgot to use our “Two-Rogue” screening strategy. Luckily we didn’t take any losses as a result of my lack of leadership and attention to detail when it comes to discipline and tactics.
Current Disposiiton: Resting, healing, resupplying in Beregost (where we “attempted” to return Gurke’s cloak).
Next Steps: Heading deeper into the Cloakwood

GENERAL: Easily one of our toughest challenges yet. The Cloakwood Nest every bit as tough as the Cloakwood Lodge was easy. We found ourselves in trouble right off after speaking with a boy named Tiber who'd lost his brother when they set out to adventure in the forest. Immediately, despite checking for them, we were caught up in a "web-trap". Before we could free ourselves we'd lost Imoen to Giant Spiders and had to make a trip back to FAI to seek the services of Gellana. After resting up and healing we headed back with a new sense of caution. After that we did 'fairly' well fending off Giant, Phase and Sword Spiders and numerous Ettercaps. Despite our best efforts we continued to trip the "web-traps" that are invariably near Ettercaps and often near spiders when encountered in the wild. Luckily, each time we did so, we'd already defeated the "residents" prior to tripping the trap and just needed to wait for the traps to dissipate.
KEY EVENT: We found the 'nest' of Cloakwood Nest fame. It was a nest of spiders with a fat, revolting humonoid/spider **** named Centeol as their "Queen". We knew going in that it would probably be a nest full of spiders as we'd been killing spiders and Ettercaps all along and had defeated a few spiders just outside the doorway. Jaheira blessed us and we entered. The plan was for me to toss a Potion of Fiery Burning (PoFB) as soon as we entered an confirmed our suspicions while Minsc was to instantly quaff a Potion of Heroism (PoHm); Khalid a Potion of Agility (PoAg) and Dynahier a Potion of Defense (PoDef). Then we'd pick our targets of opportunity with me attacking the apparent leader. It didn't work. Everyone did their part but me. I'd forgotten to get the PoFB ready and couldn't get it out of my belt. Centeol called up numerous spiders & they were moving in quickly. Minsc had moved toward Centeol & had already taken some wounds. We pulled out to fight the battle at the entrance to the cave. Centeol was too fat to follow but all the spiders & a couple of Ettercaps did so & the fight was on. We nearly took further casualties; first Jaheira and, later Minsc. But we got him away from the fight & Jaheira managed, finally, to quaff an antidote after taking poison from a spider bite. It was a long, tough battle. As a Cavalier, my immunity to poison came in real handy. With plenty of Potions of Healing (PoH) in my pouches & the remainder of the party using ranged weapons, I drew the reamining spiders & Ettecaps to me & FINALLY we were successful without taking any losses. Minsc had knocked out a Sword Spider and an Ettercap, I think, before he withdrew at my command. Then we healed on the spot as best we could, leaving Minsc outside since he was too injured to risk going in again. The reamining five of us reentered the nest. Centeol was patheticly easy to destroy, even begging us to kill her, but did mention as she died that she'd been cursed to be like she was by Jon Irenicus, whom she'd once loved. I know that name from my studies back at Candlekeep. Treasure wise we picked up a few gems, some gold, a scroll we could sell, and Spiders Bane, a wicked Two-Handed Sword (2HS) for Minsc that allowed us to sell the three 'regular' 2HSs he had had with him since magic weapons don't seem to be affected by the iron crisis. Up till then he'd carried three or four at a time in case of breakage. I still carry at least two Long Swords (LSs) at a time, along with a Mace, for the same reason.
LEADER NOTES: I still feel like I am not controlling my party as I should. Impatience is one culprit; lapses in discipline another. We should not have had to take Imoen back to Gellana. If I get Imoen killed out here, I'll never forgive myself. Along those lines, I hate that we were unable to save Tiber's brother. We found his body in Centeols 'treasures.'
CURRENT DISPOSITION: Recovering, resting and planning our next foray at the FAI.
NEXT STEPS: Continue deeper into the Cloakwood looking for bandits, iron crisis clues and, now, Shadow Druids.
NOTES: None
PROMOTIONS: Minsc achieved 5th Level Barbarian and I managed to increase to 5th Level Cavalier.
