Okay, feeling a bit silly, but I can't figure out how to actually buy this. I bought 7$ worth of points, and I go to http://dragonage.bioware.com/addon/, click on Warden's Keep for PC... and it just takes me back to the page to buy points although it acknowledges I have 560 points. :-/

It should show up in game. Click Downloadable Content or open a save, click Journal and then the last icon on the left. You may need to click the refresh arrow to see your points show up in game.

I'm having the same issue, the points website wants to charge me another $7 with no guarantee that my points balance won't just go to 1120. I played around with a lot of options in the game and my points show, but my DLC list is blank. Suggestions?

From the main page (dragonage.bioware.com/addon or points.bioware.com/addon) I click on the PC box in the Warden's Keep section and it keeps trying to have me buy more points. It won't let me get to where I could select DLC to use my points on.
It's like this in both Firefox 3.5.5 and IE 8.0.6001.18828 in basically identical ways. I'm assuming that I don't have them both configured in "fail" mode, but it could be something on my end.

It's possible that I'm not seeing it in game as I have Patch 1.01b installed, however that doesn't explain why the website won't sell it to me. Following up on the 1.00 vs 1.01b, is there any easy way to revert 1.01b temporarily? I'd rather not uninstall the whole game and reinstall it just to find that it still doesn't work.

I was able to solve my problem by running DA:O as administrator. That allowed me to purchase the addon, Now to rerun it as my userid so that it installs the addon inside a safe sandbox (It didn't pick up on the 3% progress made as admin, so the admin install would likely have been for running as root user only, hence may as well do this in a nonroot sandbox)
