Hi all, now that I understand how to put a new texture into the game, I have another, but small question.
Here is a pic of the problem I can't seem to fix:

That line that runs down the middle of the robe. All I did was paint a new color(blue) over the whole pic within a duplicate layer, took the opacity of that layer down to 80, then merged the layers. The pic looks the same as the original, just tinted blue all over. Nothing I have done has gotten rid of that line.
Actually, I don't think it's a line. It's more like the light is shining on the two halves at different levels. The same line is in the back also. Like I said, all I did was retint the dds to a blue tint with the paint bucket tool, and lower the opacity(using Paint.net). Any help is appreciated.

An interesting thing...I took the original texture dds, did nothing to it, just saved it to the new file name to match the mdb. The same line shows up, though I did nothing to the texture. Could it be that paint.net's ,dds save is doing something to it?
