I was attempting to purchase both Genesis and Arrival DLC.

Something went wrong and I ended up buying Genesis three times when the confirmation of purchase was for Arrival. I just lost a ton of Bio-ware points for no reason.

Since this was an obvious mistake, is there anyway to get a refund for the two extra purchases of Genesis? I do have all the confimation of purchase emails it sent me, with the confirmation codes. If those are needed for a refund.

Either way I hope you guys could help me out with this obvious mistake.

There is a real mess with ME 2 DLCs purchase:they sent me Dragon age I did not order. With difficulty I convinced a tech to help with D/L of A:?rrival, Genesis, installed them on my PC but they did not appear in the game Maybe I am missing something? I have decided not to buy from them
How I activate these downloads to be playable?

I wanted to buy the ME2 Arrival DLC but had to get point first.
Took the 1600 points via IDEAL payment but after it said finalizing order. I got an error message

ERROR

An error occurred while performing the requested operation.

Error Unique Identifier: Tue_May_24_21:10:03_2011_27_1

The above errors message originated from moneybrookers (if im correct)
The money is from my account, but as far as I could see I did not get the 1600 points.
I tried it again thinking maybe something did not work and again same message.
So no 3200 points.

Any one had the same or know where to go to ?

in future, for those of you who may not know this, becasue i only just figured this out, DONT purchase bioware points through the dragon age website. in other words, dont click on your profile and select the 'add bioware points' option. just go on you DLC page, select what you want to buy and then select add opints option. it works fine and heres no errors

*just* in case you guys didnt know that.....im guessing you all do now anyway.

Thanks a lot for this. Was avoiding buying because of the security certificate issue (posted above) but just tried this method and it went through without any issues and firefox telling me about the expired certificate :D
