Doubt it. We've no reason to, and we like it.

Apart from being described as "Crazed Guards", how were Bartrand's guards "crazed"? It's never made entirely clear but did they kill their own or something? I'm confused.

First of all, I believe that we have to thank you kindly for responding to us! That's why I really like this company; you can't find caring devs in any other major part of the industry.
Anyway, enough of my needless ramble. It's time for my question, which I hope will get anwered.
Is anything specific planned for the Dalish? Will we get the choice to help them rebuild? Considering that my favourite origin is the Dalish one, you can understand that my concern is only natural... :) I really hope we do!

You almost saw her in DA2, in the cut plot "Finding Shale". Eventually that plot was replaced by the one where you meet Nathaniel. Betcha didn't know that. I'd like to bring Shale back sometime, so long as it's not just for meatbag and pigeon jokes.

Shale needs a tragic end.

Sort of like WALL-E, except the part where you chicken out at the end and give it its personality back. Epic.

The only way I'll ever like the wheel is if what I pick is included in what I say. Example:

*pick "I'm a mage"

"I'm a mage you know, and so are some of my friends."

something along those lines

I must agree on the whole dialog wheel thingy.

Same thing in Mass Effect where a pretty nice looking comment or offensive looking comment turns totally diffrent from what one had in mind.

Also question: Will we ever get a world map? Something so we understand where Ferelden, Orlais and Free Marches and similar is placed compared to each others?

Chantry - Circle - Templar order seems to sit on a lot of powers, but is there other human religions that dominate other regions or is it simply The Maker or demons?

hmmm, weird point... idk wether dalish worship the maker, or just call him/her something elven.
And idk if andraste is the maker, tho mages seem to call out andraste more, and chantry calls maker more.

"What does the Circle of Magi do with mages who sustain a concussion or develop Alzheimer's disease or start going senile?  Impaired mage = seriously bad news.  Is there some yearly mental test once a mage reaches a certain age?  Are they immediately made tranquil?  Is it the knight commander, the first enchanter, or a combination of the two groups who make the decision?"

It would be the judgement of the Knight-Commander whether a mage needed to be made Tranquil. Traditionally this would be in consultation with the First Enchanter, who represents the interests of the mages to the Chantry. How well this works in practice varies from tower to tower.

But when Anders tells of mages who have passed their Harrowing being made tranquil, Hawke says that is illegal. Shouldn't diplomatic Hawke have first asked, "Were they geezers?"

Good! Don't do it! Adding icons to the dialogue options solved all of my problems with the wheel.

And as you know, it wouldn't be very cinematic to hear a fully-voiced character say exactly the words that I just read and clicked on.

Now, for my question: Are abominations really scary, or not? We hear a Templar say a mage could blow up a city at any moment, without warning. That particular character was a bit of a zealot and may have been exaggerating or deluded, however.

But even in the Circle Tower in DA:O, it seems a group of Templars could have cut down all of the abominations before things got out of hand, given that the Hero of Ferelden managed it when there were only a handful of humans left. Or does being a Warden impart some sort of super power aside from sensing darkspawn and immunity to the taint?

I guess I'm having trouble with the disconnect between the way abominations are in the plot (really, really scary!) and the way they are in combat (meh). I would expect them to be boss fights, on the level of the fully-grown dragons in DA:O.

Or is there no disconnect at all, and there is a plot explanation?

Yes, he is a delicate flower. We should help him ease into this whole "internet" thing so he doesn't get overwhelmed.

I'm sure he spent all weekend trying to put our dirty shenanigans out of his mind. Oh wait, that's right, it was the weekend.

One more. Do the tranquil have free will? They seem awfully... compliant. In other fiction, even beings without emotions have free will. Is that just not the case in Thedas? They don't do anything that anyone says. But they do do things they would never have done before being made tranquil. How does this work?

I'd imagine that they have free will to an extent, but that free will is easily manipulated with their lack of emotions.

Seriously Bioware doesn't want to drop the dialouge wheel....that actually disappoints me in a big way. There is so little interaction using it and we don't get to explore more options than DA:O. IMO bioware uses it because its quicker and easier to make out than adding a bunch of sentences. Man you guys saying you not wanting to take it out really makes me sad about the next DA game :(

Do Kossith get drunk? If so how often? And what is their favorite drink? What does Thedosians drink anyway? What social games the Qunari play? They must have some other things to do in Thedas except fighting, it's like they adopted the 40k motto- " In the 9:32 Dragon Age , there is only war" . I'd like some answers thank you.

I guess a bit of a nit picky question, but why did you guys go through with the wonderful plot of templar's getting possessed with demons and then never have it come up again in the game? Especially considering that Meredith was the final antagonist, I really thought that was a bad misuse of Chekov's Gun and kinda lessened the impact of the final battle with both antagonists being insane.

when a qunoran'vehl is declared, it is one of the few occasions Qunari are permitted to engage in revelry. There is imbibing of spirits, public chanting, and meditations abandoned. It is madness. -- Sten

now if you want to know if they get drunk every weekend or every other night, I would hope so.
