 I can't enjoy this site anymore.  Can't go a day without seeing "haha bioware in your face Witcher is so much better blah blah blah"

I feel like I'm in kindergarten again where its "my daddy can beat up your daddy"  seriously grow up people.  Its just another game so its meeting every single standards of an RPG in the last 800 years its paying your mortgage and fixed your relationship problems.... some of us don't need to hear it all the time.  Believe it or not The Witcher 2 isn't the only game in existance and some of us would like to go about our business without hearing about it.
So F-ing what if DA2 didn't meet your standards this behaviour makes me wish no game ever does again because you don't deserve a good game anymore.  Hell with Witcher 2 I guess you can go kill yourself because your life is now fulfilled.

Too bad you do not see people's reallife ages next to their avatar. You would rcognize a pattern (exceptions there) and put yourself above it. Just find the threads with normal discussion going on. Secondly it's expected to run into all sorts of things in an "Off-topic" forum. If you head back to the DA forums you'll also free yourself from your perceived nuisance.

This is off-topic go to a different fourm/site if you don't wanna see it. It's really not hard to avoid a thread. I don't let talimancers ruin Tali for me or the WoW community ruin WoW for me. I look pass it and enjoy the damn game.

While I don't feel as strongly as the OP, I will say that I am getting a bit sick of wading through countless Threads about The Witcher to see if anything else looks interesting.
I don't understand why it can't all be kept in a single Thread? For the most part, that's what's happening with Skyrim.
I'm not going to try to take away from anyone's excitement or enjoyment of a Game...but c'mon...use the Thread that's already there.

You're going to need thicker skin in life if something as ridiculous as a half dozen Witcher 2 threads bothers you so much.

*edit* And it seems a little silly on your part to gripe about Witcher 2 threads and then make your own Witcher 2 thread.  Contribute to the problem much?

Lot of adults behave like kids too. It's the effect of being annonymious on these site. You propably feel "threathened" at some level from these Witcher 2 fanboys. Which I understand. It can get pretty childish at times.

Bout time someone else said it. I say the Banhammer needs to be swung, and if the staff doesn't want to do it out of fear of some Wiki entries, then let me. I'll happily take the heat. Its getting insane, and this isn't no sports rivalry crap, and even if it were, guess what? Alot of sports teams with fans on both sides least states side, hell world wide, breaks out into fights. On alot of offical team forums crap like advertising another team gets a banning. In real life in some Cities it gets your ass stomped. In South America it resulted in a war after a world cup game, in which 10% of each population died. So that was a ****ty ass analog Slayer.

Thankfully, you don't get banned here for supporting something other than BioWare games.

As noted by people earlier, it's easy enough to just move right over a Witcher 2 thread. I'll just say I've seen some rather questionable behavior on the part of BioWare fans as well. It's not just Witcher 2 fans stirring the pot.

On a side note, official Witcher 2 forums are down right now, so this may be a contributing factor as to why there are discussion threads popping up here.

Last I looked, this was the off topic section where we can discuss items not related to BioWare products.  Many of us enjoy RPGs in general, whether they are from BioWare, Bethesda, CDPR, SquareEnix, or any other company.  Learn to relax and not take this stuff so seriously.
