2. Anderson. He's a soldier and if it wasn't for Saren, Anderson might have been the first human specter instead of Shepard so that tells me he knows how to hold his own. The only thing against him is his age but by the punch he gave Udina he looks like he may still have some fight in him. Also, it seems that due to the medicine of the times older doesn't mean slower if Mordin is anything to go by.
