I decided to try out Tutu, since I already completed vanilla BG1 twice before. This time around, I want to experience most of the classes that I never played with during my BG2 run. So I was thinking of doing an online game offline and making a party of:

Barbarian
Monk
Wild Mage
Sorceror
Druid
???

The 6th one I am having trouble deciding. I don't have a thief in that build, and I would like to mess around with traps more. But I might want to add an archer there to boost offensive power (and I don't know how some of those classes will hold up at lower levels).

Swashbuckler? Locks, traps and some muscle (but, alas, no backstabbing).

You've got nobody there who can wear good armor. You sure are going to take a lot of hits! Who will protect your casters/rear front? The barbarian is a high damage dealer who I would use to support a tank. But you don't have a tank.

Thief/fighter makes an excellent archer who can get the locks and traps. But it doesn't fit your "colorful" theme, I guess.

Good point about the lack of tank. I think I will add a cavalier to the party. I played a Fighter/Thief multiclass during my run through SoA and ToB so I want to steer clear of it this time.

As far as the lack of thief is concerned, is it possible to start as a thief and then dual into a barbarian or monk?

Added: Nevermind, I found out that I can't do that. Maybe I will swap out my sorceror for a bounty hunter.

Watch out for summoned Galbrezu on level 1 or stuff :P
The fact you aren't choosing any druid kit is good I guess, mainly because the kits are INSANELY overpowered on Tutu (especially the... uhh... dammit, forgot its name! The one that summons stuff!)

An interesting final decision might be an Archer (Ranger). Or maybe a Skald or Blade, they're also good. Those if you are really switching the Sorcerer with a bounty hunter.

An Undead Hunter can handle level-draining undead, while other PCs stand back and use ranged weapons or spells.
