Greetings,

 I apologize profusely if this isn't the section to ask this, I tried to post in the fan creations thread but don't "meet requirements" yet.

 Basically, I have the Gibbs editor and I have input a new  face code to try out on my Shepard,  I save and then load up the new save in ME2, but there are no noticeable changes (face is completely different).  I notice things like a tested name change, but can't figure out why the new face won't take, ideas?

 If a mod needs to move or delete this for being in an inappropriate section, I understand.

Doesn't work that way. You can't change the face by just changing the facecode. Here is a guide how it is done (I think it is too much hassle but anyways):
