 This site looks to be on a well sized server cluster. Once you get past the login it is very snappy. This bodes well.

Same As, Many issues bouncing off the Login servers, but given the hype and ferocity of the fan base out there I am suprised (pleasently so) that they didn't bomb out completley, but that may come.



Either way one character creator downloaded in under 3 minutes.

I'm on a rather high speed connection and I'm only getting 160-200 KB/sec, pretty mediocre actually. 20-30 min download time an hour after it released.



Also, these avatars are... intrusively large.

Got amazingly good speed, about 1.2 Mb/s using Firefox. I was prepared to leave my computer downloading while I went to classes, but this was a pleasant surprise.

The download was at high speed, well done Bioware, just had some issues signing up. Took me about 10 tries. Very nice overall!
