Here's my guesses, Act 1:

Anders: 25
Aveline: 28
Fenris: 25
Isabela: 27
Merrill: 22
Sebastian: 27
Varric: 29

I agree with this list except Merrill who I would put at 16.

The whole 10 years passing throws this off to me....which they had done just a little bit of aging on the companions.

Anders: 25 - He seems more mature (than in awakening) when you talk to him, but he does a lot of stupid things seemingly spur of the moment joining with demon type stuff
Aveline: 28 - I would agree with something like 36, but then she would be 46 by the end....i think she must be a very mature grounded 28yr old
Fenris: 30 - he looks like a grown man for an elf, and he talks as if he has had such a long life, i can buy him being 40 at the end elfs seems to age well.
Isabela: 27 - Seems to have uhhh experience alot of the world so she must be around her 30's
Merrill: 24 - seems young - but not so young, old enough to be ready to leave her clan and live in a dump for what she believes
Varric: 36 - i could see him all the way into his 40's from the start, but then he would be a 50yr old man by the end, just cant see him being such a badass at that age.

I remember seeing somewhere that Hawke is only a year older then Bethany/Carver...meaning Hawke would be 19 at the beginning of the game (though granted since it isn't specifically stated it could be whatever we wanted) but then if Leandra has been gone from Kirkwall for 25 years and she was preggers with Hawke then she/he might also be 25. IDK. And something about Anders being 23-24 in Awakenings...

so end of Act 3 I'd say

Hawke - 25 or 31
Bethany/Carver - 24
Anders - 29-30

According to Legacy, Leandra was at least pregnant by the time she and Malcom left Kirkwall.

^ And according to Legacy she was pregnant 30 years ago (or more - it suggests exactly 30, it could be more but it can't be less). I've only done it in act two however, does that date change depending on when you do it? I'll have to try it in act 1 to check (good luck with that, me).

For Aveline, I'd say that she's about 28. We know that her father was an exiled Chevalier from Orlais, given the time frame this indicates potentially he was actually either a Ferelden-born Orlesian, or stationed in Ferelden at the time of the Rebellion and defected. Aveline herself is mentioned as being Ferelden-born which places her age as being no more than 30 when we meet her.

Merrill is presumably the same age as Mahariel and Tamlen, which given Tamlen's rather reckless and foolhardy nature in Origins, and Merrill's naivety, I'd say puts her about 20 at the time of Act 1.

Varric is difficult to place. I'd put Bartrand as being in his 40's as he grew up in Orzammar long enough for that culture to leave its imprint on him... Varric however is surface-born, a Kirkwaller, and given how he states that he is a "professional younger brother" I'd say that he's is at least a decade younger, perhaps in about his early 30's in Act 1.
