Insanity mode playthrough: At missions end, after dealing with Maelon, you're given the option to stay or leave. I chose to stay in order the hack the computer in Maelon's lab. Hack was successful, but the on-screen prompt to end the mission by pressing circle immediately disappeared. Tried pushing it anyway. Nothing. Tried pushing it again and again, even holding it down. Nothing. Tried pushing all the different buttons effectively exhausting all my options. Again, nothing. Empty rounds into ceiling and walls in frustration. After a couple minutes, I reload. Second attempt is exactly the same as the first. Reloaded again. My third attempt did work correctly. I got the credits and was able to leave. Anyway, just putting it out there.
