All the different things that you can coat your weapons with... do they stack? Or can a weapon only be coated with one substance at once? 

Also... I've got "frost weapons" on most of the time, does this negate any coating I apply or runes? (like say a fire damage rune)

Yes, normally they should stack, you can coat as much as you wish.
But if the 2 coating or the 2 sustains are opposite, such as fire and frost, they will cancel each other. So be careful

However frost weapons spell and flame weapons spell do stack, as long as you have 2 mages of course.
