when i pick the race grey orc combined with a class that isnt Proficienct with longbow/great axe such as cleric i am unable to pick weapon focus for these.
This isnt the case for elf (rapier/longbow) and dwarf (dwarven waraxe.)

At level 1? Weapon Focus has 1 BAB requirement, so it's not available for every class at the start.

i am aware of this.
when the weapon focus feats become available for medium and low ab gain classes(like cleric being med) the grey orc great axe/longbow are unavailable

Must be a bug then. Don't expect a official fix anytime soon (if at all), but it's maybe fixed by some community add-on. I'd take a look at nwvault.ign.com.
