Anyways,

Out of these romance opitions 

Male Warden -- Morrigan
Male Warden - Leliana
Male Warden - Zevran
Female Warden - Alistair
Female Warden - Leliana
Female Warden - Zevran 


Which one had the best story/did you prefer? 

I always play as a female my first time through and went with Alistair-- which I have to say is the best romance option given to a female character in any Bioware game thus far (Kaiden, Carth, DA 2 males romance ). So, as a female, I am going to choose Alistair as the best romance opition for female (as a straight, female player).

But, I will have to give my vote to Male Warden- Morrigan. Not only was their romance humorous, sexy, and obvious, but it was also heart-breaking and very touching. I really hope that Bioware furthers this relationship into the third game because I really want to find out what happens to the male warden and Morrigan's story. Deep down I want something tragic because I think it would further this already amazing side-story. 

Who would you guys vote for?

I agree with this.
Morrigan seems to be generally disliked by Fans and I think that's kind of what the writers were going for. Those moments where she softens and you can see the sadness in her are really quite touching. Very tiny cracks in her self-inportant facade and then she catches herself.
Some pretty interesting moments if you become her friend as a Female Warden, also.

This has been the first game where i have ever played as a Female character  simply to do the Alistair romance, which was definitely very well but i'd choose Male Warden and Morrigan every time:)

Leliana for all and not just because I have a weakness for redheads. she's sweet, loyal and funny, plus a little bit crazy. Morrigan is too ****y (granted she becomes much more sympathetic and likeable once you get to know her more), Zevran is too ****ty (or man****ish or whatever you want to call it) and Alistair, while funny, is a bit too spineless

My favorite romance option is Leliana, bar none.
My canon Warden romanced Morrigan first though, for the story potential.

If you guys have Dragon Age on the PC I would highly recommend playing the Morrigan restoration pack. There are a lot of scenes and dialogue that they took out of the game. There is a scene where if you refuse to break up with Morrigan she slaps your character in the face and then hastily makes out with him. lol

Zevran. There was much more to his character than was initially apparent. He is the only character you can max approval with without giving a single gift or actually taking him to bed (you do have to invite him once). Most of the romance develops later in the game and well after the option to bed him, unlike Alistair and Leliana where it pretty much ends after the tent scene. All of the romanceable characters are worth at least one run. I always play with ZDF dialogue fix and MRP (ZDF fixes a slew of dialogue bugs including a bunch in Zevran's romance). Just be sure to talk to Zevran at camp after the Taliesen encounter and after the offer of the earring. And invite him to the tent. a lot of people seem to miss the best part of the romance by not doing that.

Yes, I agree. I enjoy her going on about never having a friend before etc etc

Male Warden - Leliana and Morrigan

Having them both bicker at each other about me in our party is absolutely priceless. I was almost tempted to include Zevran, but for RP reasons, this hairy brute of a dwarf had to stick with the ladies. Sorry buddy, maybe next time.

Alistair for a Female Warden. Morrigan for a Male Warden.

While Leliana is certainly wonderful, I just melt when Morrigan opens up to either a romance or a friend. It's just too much!~

And Alistair overall.... Do I NEED to explain this? That accent, the hair, his goofy grin, his eyes and his carefree and childish attitude... *Swoon*

I agree completely with you LilyasAvalon. In one point of the game i reloaded it even though i hadnt saved in hours just because he got hurt and i HATED that moment. It's also hilerious when Alistair and Morrigan fight XD *quote* 'So let's talk about your mother' Alistair, then Morrigans like ' I'd rather talk about your mother' Absolutley priceless. Overall i prefer to play as female characters (aside from the fact that i am one) is that its sort of fun in a non cruel way to have all of the guys stutter and stuff XD
