I have never uploaded anything to my online profile from the game, but, for some reason, it thinks that I'm at the maximum limit of files stored (100 out of 100), so I can't upload anything even though I have actually uploaded 0 files. This issue is preventing me from getting the Lucky Stone among other things. Anyway, I don't expect anyone to act as customer support for me - in fact, I've contacted them about it twice with no luck and am currently waiting for a senior representative to try to help me - but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.
