When I got on Mass Effect 2 recently; shortly after transfering my data from an old Xbox 360 to a new one, all my DLC's were corrupted. I redownloaded all of them that I could, but the DLC's that I bought from the Xbox live marketplace, rather than the cerbus network do not show up in the cerberus network. (Kasumi, Equalizer, and App. pack 1). I contacted customer support VIA online chat, but we were unable to fix the problem. When I try to redownload the DLC's through xbox live I only get the option to buy them again. There seems to be no record of my having purchased the DLC's through Xbox live, dispite all the DLC's I bought being under "My registered content" on this site. I tried to do a license transfer but it didn't seem to recognize the DLC's in question.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
DLC's not showing up in the Cerberus Network.

You have a new 360, but I see some info missing so I am assuming you have not performed the content license transfer and recovering your Gamertag; both of which can cause problems.

Also consider my response in the following thread as to a complete guide to redownloading dlcs:

That should cover most bases.

I know this is off topic, but...
That wil take you to a wysiwyg editor, which will allow you to format your posts before you post them. (The button to add a link is the Earth with a chain link below it).
You can also edit any of your posts and the wysiwyg editor should also pop up.

I am lazy and usually go for the quick reply and scarper afterwards. But thanks, Janus, for pointing that out. Have used that in another thread elsewhere.
