Its installed as part of the game. Reinstall if its missing.

Its a CRC problem that occurs on some hp disk drives, where the file wont copy over due to unsupported sw or so Ive heard on different forums...
All i know is that either by doing a normal, or even manual istallation of the game, the process always freezes when trying to copy a certain file over, the one mentioned above.
Ive tried on many different computers, had the disc buffed, tried manually copying the file, nothing works...
It is a common problem, usually with different files among different users, but always the same diagnosis
please help someone...im obviously at my wits end lol
