The game is right around the corner, I can almost taste it, its like running after the game in a nightmare. It keeps moving back and you only run slower and slower taunting you, this is nuts....
Anyone know a great time killer for the next 4 days?
GAH So unbearable

I got work...but that doesn't help.
Have you picked up the books? I'm reading through The Stolen Throne right now. Good stuff.

Imagine being stuck in groundhog day WITH DA:O!
You'll never make it past around 16% in 24 hours, very frustrating =P

I would advise not coming around here to a site that is dedicated to reminding you that you don't have the game yet.

If you like loot collecting games like Diablo I HIGHLY recommend taking a look at the downloadable game "Torchlight". Made by a few folks who were part of the design team behind D1 and D2, plus an amazing musical score by Matt Uelmen (Tristram anyone?). There's a free demo on Steam if you want to check it out. I think the icing on the cake (sorry I know this is starting to sound like an ad but I really want this game to take off because it's so well done for an indie title), if you buy the game now, which is only $20, you get the MMO they're basing it off of (I think they said a roughly 18 month development cycle for it) for free. That's right...a FREE MMO. No monthly charges, set in a D2-like world with D2 gameplay. *Drools* Then again we'll have to see if it actually translates well.
Only downside about Torchlight is no multi
Other than that great game.
Torchlight and Borderlands FTW until Nov. 3.

Going to Vegas tomorrow morning for two days, driving back the 2nd. I'll probably crash and rest off a hangover, and wake up to a UPS guy with my CE.

I must be the only one who doesn't feel like they are going to explode from having to wait 4 more days. lol
Sure, I'm excited, but I'm not taking off work to play it, not worried about what I'll eat when playing, not concerned about what I'll do if it's a day late. Sure, I'm excited, but I guess I know it won't be the end of the world.
