Hello,

I just bought the Dragon Age Ultimate Edition pak on Steam and apparently I did something wrong when I put the codes into my account. I guess I did enter them in the wrong order. First I entered that goodie-thing that probably enables the nine content packs etc. and after that I registered the game. But can't really tell. And after I used the goodie-code I cannot use it again though it did not enable anything.

Now it says that I don't own all the content packs and cannot start the game with them. Can someone help me on this and fix it in my account? Some kind of admin? Glad to give any other info as well.

Chances are slim that someone from Bioware reads this (though things have improved considerably in the last weeks!).

Have you checked the link under your portrait on the left side of this page: "Profile -> Your registered game content" if these "Goodies" are enabled or not? This is the first condition that must be fulfilled in order for things to work on your machine. If the DLC show up there, then it's a good start. If not, I'm afraid you'll have to contact Bioware (or EA) support directly. They'll have to activate your content or give you new codes.

I'll post here since im having the same problem as he is.
I have all the registered game content in my profile, but it is all unauthorized.
This all happened after a failed install of dragon age tool set.
