I recently purchased the DAO Ultimate edition via steam. When I attempt to run the game it tells me that I need to log into my bioware account to access the DLC I have assigned to my account. When I try to log on, however, I am told that I am not currently connected to the internet and need to connect to log in. I can obviously log onto my Bioware account (posting this after all) but can't seem to figure out how to log into my account in game.
I have used the cd code thing for the DLC content on this website already and DAO has permissions with my firewall. I am at a loss and very frustrated and can't seem to find anything online about this problem. I just want to play the game I bought. Please help.

None of us can log in right now. Server's down. You just happen to be unlucky enough to have just bought new DLC when the server's down.
