I'm currently doing the 'Bring Down the Sky' mission and have noticed that after taking damage from the laser cannons beside the fusion torches, my Mako will not repair after pressing the 'F' key - I just get a bleep sound - despite being on level ground. This is doing my head in as I'm being forced to wait ages for my Mako to recharge before I can proceed further.
I've done numerous other missions in the Mako and have been able to repair my Mako without any problem. Is there a compatibility issue between the Bring Down the Sky DLC and Windows 7? Please advise.

Technically, ME doesnt support Win7, as Win7 came out after ME. If you have sufficient omnigel stocks, then all I can suggest is post a full problem report and we might see where the problem is.

How much omnigel is required? I currently have 60, and my Mako damage meter was about half-way. I would have thought I had enough.

From memory, 99, but it costs less depending on bonuses from Tech-skilled squadmembers.

My Commander Shepard is a level 26 Soldier/Commando, and is currently accompanied in the Mako by Tali, who has 7 ranks in electronics, and Liara, who has 3 ranks in electronics. Like I said earlier, my damage meter was about half way and I have 60 omnigel. Should that be sufficient to repair the Mako?

Mako repair is 25 omnigel IIRC.
What do you meant your meter was half down on the mako?? Are you talking about the blue bars or the red areas of the center part(Mako diagram) of the damage indicator??
The blue bars are shields that regenerate on their own, and the mako picture will turn red when it takes damage that needs to be repaired instead of being clear/white outlined.
For some repair usually the Mako will auto repair on reloads/area changes, ie leaving the Mako to look around a base and coming back out. BDtS has for me caused some issue with this feature.

It's only 15 omni-gel (just verified by getting it shot up) to fix it.
