 I need help, big time.  I tried the live chat over the EA site and got absolutely nowhere.

I have everything unlocked for Dragon Age II accept The Irons, which doesn't appear and Hayder's Razor.  The Razor is ghosted out on the Unlockables screen I can view when the game is launched.

I have downloaded, installed, and played the demo several times.  Yes, I have linked the demo to my account.  All this and the Razor is STILL ghosted.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is this normal for this paricular exclusive?

I will say this... it appears the demo is crashing but I'm not sure if I've just hit the end of the demo or what.  I can play all the way through the end (I think it's the end) where the dwarf and warrior priestess cut scene appears... where Varric says he's going to tell her the whole story.  I then get a character screen, to create my character, but when I select Start a New Game it then crashes.  Is it designed like that?  Have I completed it?

Thank you in advance for any help.  This is driving me nuts!  I think I have to complete the demo by 5/31 to unlock the Razor, so it's getting close.

Not sure what happened but I was finally able to launch the demo game. Apparently, I hadn't really played it. Anyway, I've finished it and confirmed receipt of the Razor.
