Both Anders and Warriors have stamina/mana regen skills, ie Martyr and
Bolster. Lets say another class were to get 1 of such skill, do you
think mages or rogues need it more?

Rogues already have one, and really shouldn't need it, anyways. Mages have blood magic, but some people won't use it due to 'RP issues', so if you're going to give it to anyone, it'd be them.

Outside of the specific topic, past a certain point in your mana/stamina pool, things should be dying fast enough that you really shouldn't need such an ability.
