I recently uploaded a Mass Effect 1 game to play through ME2, and I keep crashing once I get to Jacob.

I completely reinstalled the game, and the crash is still there. I don't know why it is occurring, but I'm majorly frustrated by it. Is there any way to fix this?

Does this also happen when you start a Shepard from scratch rather than importing?
