DLC not showing up ingame, plz help

hey, recently i purchaced and downloaded DAO ultimate edition from ea, and i redeemed the code they gave me. and after the game starts to run, in the downloadable content tab, under downloaded, all of the content is there, but it all says: (Unautorized), & (Enabled) what does this mean and how do i fix it ASAP??

Open with notepad My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\AddIns.xml and press cntrl + H. In the first box write: RequiresAuthorization="1"> in the second: RequiresAuthorization="0"> .

I tried to do this, but I dont know which of the folders inside of addins to choose, which one is it?
