For the most part the idea of taking sceencaps on the 360 seems like more trouble than its worth, but every once in a while something nutty happens and I think if only I had proof. Well I don't, sorry. So you will just have to take my word for it.

My own experience involves an invisible gatatog Uvenk during the talks with the Shaman. I thought Shepard, the Shaman and invisible Uvenk discussing Grunt's rite was funny enough. Until a certain renegade interupt, with Shepard headbutting nothing. And of course nothing tops invisible Uvenk bumping Shepard's shoulder as he storms off, with Shep looking all around him, not the best way to make a good impression.

So, what are your own crazy glitch experiences?

I've had invisible speakers happen on the PC as well. With the Tunchaka cutscenes, it's looking like having Urz with is the trigger for that from what I've seen.

I've also had surprise levitations from Shep and posse, and been glitched into walls. I've also had mobs knocked into walls where they keep the crewmates occupied but they're not budging and not taking damage, even when you fire the Cain on them.

Oh I've had some good ones. Twice now I've been on foot whilst using the Mako and then, once I've gotten back in, it's like the Mako is in the middle of a massive invisible tornado - it rises and spins really quickly with no way to fix it except reload. Bizarre would be an understatement.

Then I also had this:

If your a Vanguard you can Charge out of the levitation glitch, assuming there is an enemy to target.

Lots of instant deaths in ME1 for no reason. I also had a weird glitch on ME2 yesterday where Gatatog Uvenk, during a cutscene, was nothing more than a silhouette that didn't move. It looked quite funny when my Shep headbutted him.

I've had that happen to me too. Not with Shepard (as far as I can remember), but I was recently doing Samara's mission in the Eclipse base on Ilium and Garrus got stuck behind a door. I went back to find him and he was in the corner floating in the air. The best part was when I went and stood under him, and it looked like he was standing on my head

Unfortunately it never seems to happen on my vanguards.  Everyone else is fair game.

Interesting though was last playthrough it happened on, I was able to walk limitedly around so I did, ended up sliding down the building in Samara's recruitment mission and ended up on the landing below where one's supposed to be.  I was surprised that entire area was built up to walk around on and I took some really nice screenshots of Illium before I ended up reloading the save.

If anything it really left me with a deep appreciation for the graphics work the devs do.

There's a glitch in ME2 where an enemy gets stuck in a wall and the game's engine thinks that the enemy is falling from a cliff and you constantly hear their screams looped over and over. Clearly you look at them and they just stand their with their mouth moving open and closed. Haha

Urz loves to get in the way of the cutscenes, though it is funny watching Uvenk stumble from a Wrex air-headbutt.

In mass effect one, while wearing the red top armor, playing as a female, my shepard out of nowhere morphed in a weird way, she would shoot underhand and all her walking and animations where screwed up, I wish I haft a screen capture, but it was on the 360.

I've encountered a few funny ones.
- Levitating after charging has happened a few times, and I've never been able to charge out of it.
- Also encountered the same as makalathbonagin, but with Kaidan.
- Levitating and almost invincible Miranda in the last room of the collector ship. I was playing on insanity and it became very easy when all collectors shot at her, and she never died. Then all husks ran in circles around her until an abomination was able to take her out somehow.
- When a friend of mine was playing she turned around suddenly during Freedom's progress, and Miranda and Jacob were doing a weird synchronized dancing right behind her.

When I was on the collectors base with Thane and Garrus, the part where you jump down the ledges during escaping the base, Thane got stuck on the edge, floated and died on the spot. Had to use a medigel and then he got down fine. Very handy before I had to fight the giant scion (cant rem what they called).

I'd say the funniest glitch I've had so far was on Zaeed's loyalty mission, I was gunning down Blue Suns at the beginning and knocked one of the pyros down on the ground. The hilarity came when he just laid there screaming at the top of his lungs and not getting up until I walked over and shot him. :P

I usually am able to get down when I get stuck like that, though on Garrus' loyalty mission, took 15 mins to find a way down.

I also hate it when Vanguard charge knocks someone out of the map, but they don't die, so you can't progress (in certain areas), forcing you to reload.  I have this happen in one spot in particular in Horizon (to a point where I now pretend that enemy doesn't exist).

I've had a ton on the PS3 version, but I don't tend to like posting crappy cam pix, so a few glitches from the PC version (that I play at my sister's house, because her computer is a beast):

I don't know how he died like that.  No idea at all.

Poor Vorcha, dying partially in mid-air....ah, who am I kidding?  The only good Vorcha is a dead one :-p

I guess he wanted a better view?

Was on the "Long Walk" part of the sucide mission with the husks and Scion. This part, for me, was the hardest of the game on insanity. I focus too husks, I die. Focus too much on the Scion, I die. Try and find a balance, I die. I had to put the controller down and calm down. The glitch happened when the Scion got very close to me and did it's "pulse" move (not shockwave) and somehow it glitched me onto a wall, while still inside the biotic bubble. Only problem was getting down. I tried save-reload after beating the husks and Scion. Didn't work. I don't remember what I did to continue. Hilarious and life saving glitch
