Waiting on two shipments for over a month now?

Hey

Just wondering how long it takes to ship to Australia.

I'm pretty sure I selected XPO for one of my orders which was a Cerberus litho, some mini's and a shirt. It was shipped on the 27/04 ... so it's almost a month now I'm waiting for that one.

Then I'm also waiting for my Grunt, he was shipped 3/05, so, 3 weeks today.

I've ordered a plenty from Treehouse brand before and I really don't recall it ever taking this long. Should I be worried? What can I do?

@archive - for some reason Australia customs has been taking their time in processing things lately...we allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery (on the leng-end) - please be patient and shoot me a PM if the items don't arrive soon...

Just another note. Im from Australia too  ( TAS ) and it took 13 days to receive my mini Litho's once I got notification the order had been shipped. I selected the Priorty Parcel Method.

I have bought many other things internationally and have waited upto 6 weeks as well though. I guess its upto customs  on how they are feeling I guess

I have had treble service lately, My package also has not arrived.

I also found a flaw in their postage that the slower postage comes up more expensive,

Aust customer can be funny sometimes I guess
But what I find weird is I ordered a bag from Amazon and I picked snail mail, as in they said to expect my package between may 31 and june 13. And I've offered from amazon before and I know I never usually have to wait until the end of the delivery time frame, but it's never been delivered before.... Until today when my package arrived.

So either someone in treehouse laced my shirt with strands of coke or aussy customer are just being funny haha.

But thanks domino, I'll keep waiting for a bit longer.

Well, my thread is not to bag out THB, I mean I have had trouble with them before but that's another story. Their not responsible for Aust customs...

They can't be responsible for what happens to stuff in transit.

Just out of curiosity and because it's not worth it's own thread, how long does it usually take for them to take their money via paypal and then shipping the stuff?

@paptschik - it really does depend on when you order! it can take up to 72 hours for an order to be billed, pulled, packed, and processed before shipping. we don't process orders on weekends, so if you order on friday night, your order won't begin the process until monday morning...

I ordered over a week ago and it is still only listed as "billed". Is that normal?

I bought the Pragia and purgatory lithos A couple of days ago. Before I new about the Team Litho was coming out ahh well...
On the 28th I ordered and on the 1st I got a shipping confirmation and that was over a weekend so.
Im sure its ok, If your worried just email customer Assistance.. Will get aan answer resonably quick.

I may be an idiot or my English may be failing me, but I can't manage to find an e-mail adress for customer support...someone care to let me know what the adress is?

EDIT:
Ignore this, I am an indeed an idiot and next time I'll just reply to the e-mail adress I got the confirmation mail from.

DOUBLE EDIT:
And I am TWICE the idiot. Because I simply missed the e-mail with the shipping confirmation when I received it - over a week ago.
I shall now bow my head in shame.
