So for some of our companions NWN2 we are given a general description of age but I'm wondering what you think their more exact age range is?

I don't think we're given precise ages for any of the companions. They have to be inferred.
Casavir is going grey at the temples, so he's at least in his mid to late thirties.
Qara always seems very young to me - l would have thought she's either in her late teens or she's a very immature twenty-something. She's still at the Academy, so I don't think she can be older than her mid twenties.
Bishop's character description puts him 'late into his twenties'.
Ammon's age is uncertain - it depends on the race of the PC. Anything from his late fifties and upwards, I would think. He doesn't seem entirely human.
Khelgar is associated with a coming-of-age type plot, so I think he's young in dwarf terms. But I'm not sure what young in dwarf terms translates to.
No idea about the rest of them.

I think Elanee is not quite 100 years old. In one of her conversations, she mentions being found as a baby by Druids of the Circle of the Mere following a battle that took place in Redfallow's Watch about 90 or so years ago. Which means that by elf standards, she's very young indeed, considering most elf PCs start out around 104 years old.

Ayup. An elf is still considered an adolescent until hitting 110. I agree with all of the above predictions. Neeshka strikes me as being in her late teens, early twenties. She has some life experience under her belt, but it's clear she's not too mature. Then again, some people never grow up.
I can't place Grobnar at all. Sand is somewhere between 150 and 175. That is the age elves typically settle into a mundane life. He has settled down into his own shop when he meets KC. I doubt Sand would have tagged along had Nevalle not pushed him into it.
Shandra was probably in her late twenties, early thirties based on her description and demeanor. Or maybe the fact several other NPCs act like children makes her seem comparatively older.
She also been running her own farm long enough to establish trade connections and understand the needs of that business.

I remember Chris Avellone posting the ages of all KOTOR2 characters on Obsidian forums, not sure whether he or another dev did the same with NWN2 character.
It would be interesting to know.

What about Sand? I think he should be the older member of the party... any clue about his age?

He's as old as Dirt.

and that's the reason why I think it's so incredible the way he behaves with Qara. You would say that in so many years, the man should have become wiser and calmer <_<

As was said before, I don't think companions' ages were stated outright by the game nor the developers, but these are my personal guess for them.
Khelger: Not sure about Dwarf ages. Whatever could be the equivalent of mid 20s-mid 30s for dwarves. It is difficult to guess
Neeshka: Early-to-mid 20s. She is immature in ways but I wouldn't think her as a teen.
Elanee: 100+. Again it is hard to guess because of the long life-span.
Qara: 16-19. Definitely no more than 20
Casavir: Closer to 40. I think he was described as something "well into his thirties" in-game, I'm not 100% sure. Looks like he has some wrinkle and grey hair.
Shandra: Mid-twenties.
Bishop: 27-29. Described in-game as "late twenties."
Zhjaeve: Supposed to be ancient, 1000+ something like that.
Ammon: 50+. Depends on your character age.
That is just my thinking.
