Another thing Bioware could take or try to implement in its own way is mini-games. In fact, they had those in the past. Kotor had pazaak and swoop racing. ME1 had the flux casino. But Origins, DA2 and ME2 didn't have any, IIRC.

I found poker dice, fist fighting and arm wrestling in TW2 to be a fun way to earn some cash and a nice distraction from killing.

So I personally would like some mini-games. Nothing too sophisticated. It might even be a fun way to bond with companions. Imagine inviting all companions to some party (TW1 had that, which I liked), and then have small contests. First of all, it adds more life to the relationship we have with companions without it being solely cinematic. Second, it becomes more of a team activity thing (multilateral) rather than a constant 1 on 1 (bilateral).

Some sort of a card game you can play with Isabela or Varric would have been a nice touch, even if it doesn't involve earning gold.

And you don't even need to hold a party. Having your companions join you for drinks at the Hanged Man in the evening to celebrate some of your successess would have been great. Heck, you constantly hear how they get together for games of Wicked Grace or some drinking, but Hawke never gets a chance to join in.

Thankfully, there's Google.

Considering DA2 implemented more blood and gore, and scaled back on the nudity, I doubt they'll ever make something like that a mini-game. It would be ME1 all over again. Times 1000.

To be honest it doesn't really take much to get Fox News rilled up. Even if you don't give them proper cause they'll make one up.

Though I don't remember that little episode hurting the sales of ME1 or the opinion of the game among the gaming community.

Indeed it was a failcake in the oven that was burnt and coated with frosting to attempt make it look good. I doubt it was a mini game lol

At any rate I wouldn't want a blatant copy of TW2. There were just some things done really well that I know Bioware is very capable of.
