Ok what to do? I maxed out my persuade... total Alistair too look out for himself after the Goldana thing.....
So how do I pair them up and let Loghain live too? I know a biggie is NOT to let Alistair duel him, but after that I'm sorta stuck
Alistair + Anora ending?

Have you already hardened him? If yes, after the duel with Loghain, just choose the dialogue option that propose a wedding between him and Anora, that's all. After that Loghain will be spared and can join your party.

Save before telling Eamon about what happened in the Alienage, and then talk to Anora, and support her. Then talk to Alistair, and hear what he says about her. If he says that Anora is a good queen, he's unhardened. If he says "people like her and her father think they're the only ones who can do anything", then he's hardened.
I say save before telling Eamon, because after that, you can't talk to Anora about supporting her, or whatever you wish to do.

I have tried to arrange their marriage but it looks like a no-way
They agreed first but after I decided to let Loghain live they just refused, after Alistair said he'll take the throne only to make sure that Loghain will be punished. I tried to remind them the marriage-deal but no way
Is it because he's unhardened??

Yes, he's unhardened then.
Is his approval above 71? You need the affirmation talk in order to trigger the personality change. It starts off like "You know, I've been thinking...".

I think the damage is done, sadly. I had that talk but I didn't think about the landsmeet deal's requirement (i didn't know about this one, in fact) and left him unhardened
Pity, I'm trying to collect all the possible endings and this playthrought was perfect for the royal marriage.
Guess I'll have to arrange it in the self-sacrifice one.

I got saves at different plots in game.
I got his approval maxed at all times(Feastday gifts)
You can begin the dialogue to harden Alistair just outside Goldannas house, eventually the option "Everyone is out for themselves, you should know that", that's the way i did at least, but i also spoke with him at camp afterwards.
In Camp during the dialogue later after spoken outside Goldannas house, pick any option except "That's not what i meant, don't do that!". His personality should be hardened.
My saves was after i hardened Alistair, i saved before reaching the most vital plot quests..
Before..
*Rescue the queen. (Evidence, Anora's Support)
*Unrest in the Alienage. (Evidence and support in The landsmeet, either King, Queen or marriage)
*Outside Landsmeet chamber.(Final choices, King, Queen, or Marriage)
But i am sure people do know this already.
Anora will deny marriage if Alistair kills her father.( They married even as i didnt support Anora, may been because i suggested that they would marry)
So you get Loghain take his joining, this is the way it works even as furious Alistair would be.
I dunno whatever persuasion score i need, i seem to do success at lvl 4 Coercion and 22 Cunning.(Requirement may be lower though).

The persuasion score you need to pass every persuasion in the game in total is 100 (1 level of coercion is equivalent to 25 and 1 point of cunning add 1 point to persuasion). So for example, if you've already had 50 cunning, you only need 2 level of coercion
But that's not for the case of intimidate, that will be based on your point of Strength + Coercion level.

What I did was win the Landsmeet, fight Loghain, duel him myself as Alistar's champion, kill him myself. When Eamon asked me to choose the next ruler, I talked to both Anora and Alistar, announced I had made my decision and then there were three options. 1 Anora, 2 Alistar, 3 A&A should be married and rule together.

Did the same as above except i spared Loghain. Also make sure to talk to both Anora and Alistaor about marriage before you go to the Landsmeet and dotn let Alistair kill Loghain.
Also if you have Qwinns fix pack, it can bug the landsmeet (for me it made alistair and loghain disappear) so always good to disable it then.
